Make.com Integration
Connect ChatMaven with Make.com to automate lead generation and data workflows. Send chatbot data to other applications and create powerful automation scenarios.
Slack Integration
Connect your ChatMaven agent to Slack so it can respond when @mentioned in channels or in DMs. Follow the step-by-step guide to create a Slack app, configure OAuth scopes and events, and connect it to ChatMaven.
Zapier Integration
Connect ChatMaven to Zapier to send leads and chatbot data to thousands of supported apps. Use triggers and actions to automate workflows with your CRM, email tools, and more.
Zapier AI Actions
Connect ChatMaven to Zapier AI Actions using an MCP URL. Set up AI-powered actions (e.g. Gmail "Send Email") in Zapier AI Actions, then paste the MCP URL in Settings > Agents > Integrations > Zapier AI Actions to send emails and run other actions directly from your chats.
Gmail SMTP
Connect your ChatMaven agent to Gmail using SMTP and an App Password. Enable 2FA on your Gmail account, create an App Password in Google, then in Settings > Agents > Integrations > Gmail SMTP click Configure and use Connect Other Email Provider to add your email, app password, SMTP server (smtp.gmail.com), and port settings.
Google Calendar Integration
Connect your ChatMaven agent to Google Calendar by adding your meeting or appointment URL. Schedule events in Google Calendar, then paste the meeting URL in Agents > Integrations > Google Calendar so your agent can use it for scheduling.
Google Sheets Integration
Connect your ChatMaven agent to Google Sheets from Settings > Agents > Integrations > Google Sheets. Click Configure, then select Connect with Google, sign in with your Gmail account, and complete the permissions to sync your spreadsheets.
Calendly Integration
Connect ChatMaven to Calendly so your agent can share your booking link. Get your booking link from Calendly (Profile > My link), paste it in Agents > Integrations > Calendly, and Once connected your chatbot can offer scheduling in one click.
WhatsApp Integration
Connect ChatMaven to WhatsApp Business Platform so your team can receive and respond to WhatsApp messages from a shared inbox. Use your Meta Business Portfolio and phone number to complete the onboarding process, verify the number, and manage customer conversations from ChatMaven.
WhatsApp — Templates
Open the Templates tab in ChatMaven to sync Meta-approved templates, filter by status or category, and edit or remove templates. This guide explains how to manage your template list after setup.
WhatsApp — Creating message templates
Learn how to create and submit new message templates (name, category, body, header, footer, buttons, placeholders) and what each column in the template table means.
WhatsApp — Getting Ready for Inbound Conversations
After connecting WhatsApp, use this guide to handle the customer service window, send message templates outside the 24-hour customer service window, add a WhatsApp button to your Facebook page, and work around unsupported message types.
LINE Integration
Connect your LINE Official Account to ChatMaven to receive and respond to LINE messages in one place. Create and configure your LINE Official Account, enable the Messaging API and Webhooks, then connect it with your Channel ID, Secret, and Access Token in Settings > Channels.
API Integration
Use our REST API to programmatically interact with ChatMaven. Create, update, and manage your ChatMaven data through API calls.
Webhooks
Set up webhooks to receive real-time notifications when events occur in ChatMaven.

Which integration should I set up first?
Start with the channel your customers use most (web chat, email, or WhatsApp). Add data sources so the agent has grounded answers before you add automation like Zapier or Make.
An integration is missing from my grid.
